This move in or out package includes top to bottom cleaning including all trim work, inside and outside of cabinets, light fixtures as well as walls spot cleaned. The refrigerator, oven and windows are not included in the standard package, however, this package is fully customizable to fit your needs.

Construction Clean

Starting at $0.17/sq foot; $150 min

Prices vary depending on how many cleanings are needed. Everything is customize-able to fit your needs.

Detailing of furniture - quoted individually

Windows: $4 per window for interior. $6 per window for interior and exterior. Includes case and trim work (Only includes windows within reach. We do not use ladders to clean high windows.)

Organizing projects and detail cleaning- $20 per hour for current recurring clients. $35 an hour for non-current recurring clients.

I chose this line of work because I am passionate about creating a healthy environment for families as well as freeing up time for family members to spend time together, rather than being concerned about their living space.

I clean green to keep our home and our client’s homes happy and healthy. The inspiration behind the upgrades that we offer was due to our living circumstances being out of control with our children, and they were always having the worst cough and awful respiratory issues.
